To open the 96oz box, find the front of the box and look for the perforated section on the bottom half of the bear. Open the perforated section and locate the spout. Pull out the spout and enjoy!

If you still can't find the spout, we do apologize; although this doesn't happen often, our bags are packed for you by hand and sometimes we make mistakes. To find the spout, open the outer box and take out the bag. Check the other side of the bag for a spout. When you find the spout, place the coffee bag back in the box with the spout on the correct side (where the opening in the box is).
