First, look for the delivery location in the tracking information. This will give you more information about where exactly your package was dropped (i.e. door, mailbox, garage) so you can check that specific location.

If you still can't find the package, double check your order confirmation and see whether the correct shipping address was entered. If there was an error in the shipping address, reach out to [email protected] for help.

Lastly, check with your neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.
