You still need to register for the initial membership program by signing up for the newsletter on our website. As someone with an active autoship, you will automatically be upgraded to the VIP tier. If you choose to cancel your autoship at any time,
How do I get the $5 off my first order?
Sign up for our free membership — you can do this through the popup when you land on our site, the signup form in our footer, or directly on our membership page. Either way, you'll get an email shortly after with your $5 off code.
How do I earn credits?
You will earn $5 in credit for every $50 you spend per order.
What % is the autoship discount?
The autoship discount changes based on product and quantity. They range between 5% - 25% and can be found on individual product pages.
How do I use my membership credits?
For a one-time or new autoship order on the site:. Addt the product you want to your cart and then click "Proceed to Checkout.". Once in checkout, there will be a spot to redeem your available credits. Type in the amount you want to redeem, and click
My credits expired. How can I get them reinstated?
Not to worry, our team can extend the expiration date on your credits by 60 days so you’ll still have time to use it. Please email us at [email protected] and our team can help with this.

Yes, credits expire 60 days after being issued. You will receive an email reminder 14 days prior to the credits expiring as a reminder to use them.
